I have a socket A hs/f combo that is rated for up to an o/ced XP3200. It is solid copper. Willing to sell for $10+shipping.
However, the downsides to it is that it is purple

and is fairly hard to install. However it kept my sisters duron 750 cool even when running at 1ghz with high voltages. And those thing ran pretty hot. 40c idle with stock cooling. over 50c fullload with stock cooling. Not sure about the numbers with the new hs/f because she inherted my parents old dell a few days after I installed the heatsink/fan.
I also have a mobo to but I am not sure if it works well or not. With the overclocked duron sitting in it the screen would have artifacts with the onboard video. I am guessing it could have something to do with there being no pci lock or something along those lines. Its been awhile since I have been in the bios so I am not sure if there was one or not.
If your interested in the mobo. I can dig up the specs on itIt was gotten brand new in june of 2004 so its not that old. It has an agp slot and I think it supports up to 533FSB(not 100% on that though). But it should work for the cpu you have.
I also I have around 300mb of sdr100 and 133 ram as well that still work good.
