A Board between 15-25 bucks that pretty hard to find for a socket 478 board for a decent board to say the least would run around 45-50 bucks and a heatsink ontop with that *sigh* Well only thing you can do is surf on ebay I guess if that helps?

Well you're definately not going to be getting anything for that cheap I don't think, but I DO have an ABIT IS7-E2 Socket 478 motherboard that I'd sell for $45.00 shipped.
