Looking for a Socket 370 SysBrd

Looking for a Socket 370 SysBrd for an 866 PIII I got sitting around. Gonna use/configure it for a low-end file server in order to free up my current system of all the harddrives and file sharing.

If you got one that works sitting around collecting dust and are willing to let it go for lowcost/nocost (I'll pay shipping of course) drop me a line (PM).

AGP slot would be nice as well as full ATX w/at least 3 dimm slots would be spectacular.
