Bought it off a friend who got it and a 939 mobo which obviously don't work well together. He needed a new cpu for an important lan so I bought it off him for $200 so he could afford to buy one local but now I'm looking to recoup some of my money.

Its brand new, never used though it doesn't come with a box (got lost) it is still in its protective plastic and comes with stock heatsink.

This is a good cpu, and has a fast 1.6Ghz Hyper Transport system which is why its more then many of 3400 64's you'll find on newegg with only an 800mhz system.
