It can be easily used in a notebook or any PC with a PCMCIA slot.
FYI, I just picked up another card. So I have (2) Available for purchase. Again, Both new....(never used.)

- I only advertised them as Cisco because they are mostly used in Cisco applications....but they can be used in a laptop definately.
