I originally bought this online for my dad for christmas. Ends up I didn't get the right one... he wanted a DS2 so I want to make things right.. don't want to return because of the pentaly I'll get charged for a non-defective return.

This kit is exactly in the same condition you'll get at Best Buy or Circuit City. in other words... 100% "retail" brand new.

Everything that comes in the original box is included. Everything is still in plastic wrap, still fit snugly inside the cardboard box with all the manuals and cd's. Registration card, serial number card, all included of course. I haven't even removed the actual camera and lens from the box itself. Just popped the box open to check contents before I wrapped it up for christmas.
