How old are these parts. Been overclocked at all? Oh and how much is shipping or would it be free?

I'm not sure how old they are, at least a year, I just can't remember. They were overclocked initially, by the guy who built it for me. I'm a mac user who wanted to be able to play Doom 3 and Half-life 2, but once I got the system I was too busy to game. I set the settings to normal as soon as I got it, I figured I'd only need the overclock when I was gaming, but it ended up sitting there not even being used for most of the time I had it.
