Well, I tried to purchase 2 of the games from Ortisai and have yet to receive them ( paid Nov. 29th ).

He's been poor in communications is regards to the transaction and I've had to take actions to either a) recover my money b) get the product in my possession.

Since he has no heatware that I'm aware of, this is the only form I have to let others know that it's "buyer beware" with Ortisai.

I'll update this thread once I've gotten to a final conclusion with the transaction.

Yes, I have reported this transaction, and action was taken to find out what the deal on Ortisai's end is. He's been in contact with me and his last PM promised to refund my money if I hadn't seen the card by Saturday. I haven't checked my mail yet, but I'll keep working with him on this.

Could very well be a postal snafu.

Heads up for anyone purchasing anything....GET DELIVERY CONFIRMATION OR BETTER ON ANY PURCHASE! It's going to save both you and the seller the hassle, as this deal was sent regular USPS mail ( supposedly )

I'll continue to update as needed or when it has come to a conclusion.

I'm withholding judgement as Ortisai has seemed to put a genuine effort into resolving this with me.

Can't say for certain, but I've got every PM sent between us, plus copies have been forwarded to RR staff. I know that on my end, I'm covered, and that I'm getting a "good faith" effort on Ortisai's end at the moment.

I'll feel a little better about the deal if he refunds my money if I check my mail tomorrow and it isn't there ( saturdays mail ).

I'll certainly pay him if I end up getting the games, but I'm not paying for something I don't receive. I've got heatware and enough reputation at RR and TIMO to cover me as being an honest party in this transaction.

( plus, I have a friend who works for the post office and told me if I ever get the package, to give him the packaging and he can tell me exactly what happened to it through the postal system )
