Well Where Can I get Socket 423 HSF for cheap?

Need One For a FAD Machine im trying to get up.

Anyone hear have one, Looked ebay, they all screw you over with Shipping.

So any help would be great

That's the Zalman 5100, packaged as "PCToys" brand. It still has all the Zalman stickers on it, though, and comes with a Zalman Fanmate II fan controller.
