This is new in the box. I bought it a few months back in case I needed to test P4's. I have the 754/939 combo from Asrock in my main machine and it's very nice but I don't know much about this one. I have used boards now and don't need it. I would consider trades for Socket A boards and or chips, ram, blah blah.

It has multiplier, fsb, cpu voltage adjustments, agp/pci lock and so on says the box.

I just picked up an Antec Aria so I'd definately look at any trade for a MicroATX board/board and chip newer than Socket 370.
