ASUS P4P800S-X MB

purchased this MB from New Egg a few months ago and it's a nice board, however This is the second time i've had to RMA the board because the Intel Southbridge burnt up in it.
ASUS RMA's it easily enough but I'm getting a different board, has anyone heard of an ongoing problem with this board?
ASUS won't let me upgrade even if I pay extra so I ordered a newFOXCONN 865G 865A01-G-6EKRS board.

Also as soon as ASUS sends me a new board it's for sale let me know if your interested, I take paypal and I'm trudyscandles on ebay if ya need a reference.

Hi Duggy,
I will take $35.00 for it plus $10.00 shipping, thats about half of what I paid for it from NewEgg. Asus will swap out the bad one for a new board instead of repairing it. I have all the manuals cables and driver disk for it as well.
It will take about 2 weeks for ASUS to ship me a new one due to their RMA policy, but I can try to push for faster delivery.
You may wait and pay me then or now thats up to you, paying now would insure that you get the first crack at it, i use paypal and I will only ship to USA.
The board has a 3 year warrenty and was purchased in early March of this year.

haha no i didnt mean anything by it and i dont have money for the board as of now anyway...i was just mainly asking on behalf of the forum so that the rest of the people surfing can know how much it is and in turn contact you....if i was to buy a mobo it would prolly be higher end gaming anyway....but thanks for the offer

oh and shipping to canada is easy as pie....just gotta put a 6 digit postal code instead of a 5 digit zip code and a province not a state
