*Battery goes to 100% charge, but at about 50% it says it's going to shut down. I don't know if it's a Windows 2000 issue or what. It lasts for more than an hour at least before I shut it down. eBay had one for ~$90 but I don't use it enough to warrant that.
*The screen will go all white sometimes (not everytime you use it) and you have to reboot for it to come back on. I don't know if it's a loose connection or what. I tried making sure all the connections were good and tight. It doesn't do it all the time and comes back on after a reboot. The switch that turns the LCD off when the lid is closed has been removed as well. It was shorted so that the LCD never came on. After I removed it, the LCD is bright as can be and looks good with no dead pixels.
I am currently running Windows 2000 Pro SP3/RedHat 7.3 and it's smooth operating. I've only used it to surf the web and some Dreamweaver 4 work. It's a great mobile for what it is and it doesn't have a leash to tie you down!
