WTB or TF Laptop HD and Memory

I need a 6 Gig or larger laptop HD...
and 256 Mgs of laptop memory...
unfortunately I wont know what kind of memory it needs to be until next week... but will post back to anyone having any...

I have a 20g laptop hard drive sitting in a disfunctional Sony Vaio. The drive works fine . Cant say much for the rest of the system.

How about $50.00 shipped for it? The only thing I could use in trade would be a 512mb stick of pc3200 DDR.
