Netgear WGR614 v2 wireless 802.11G 54mbps router
Comes with router, power cable and a short network cable.
The only problem with it is the antenna doesn't stay up very well, so you may have to prop it against the wall or something. Unfourtunately, it's a common problem with Netgear wireless products and there ain't a whole lot you can do about it.
