PayPal chargebacks?
Is there a time limit with which a eBay buyer can initiate a PayPal chargeback, effectively getting his/her money back from a eBay seller? I assume it is XXX amount of days after the item was paid for using PayPal (not when the auction closed)? How does the process work? Does the buyer have to send proof somehow to PayPal stating his case and showing the description link?
