XP-M @ 2.38GHz, Abit NF7-S V2.0, PC4000 512MB $260

AMD Athlon XP-M 2400+
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...103-400&depa=1
I have it running at 2.38GHz and this is my first time OC'ing. My friend had it stable at 2.42GHz but he's OC'd before. Also take note that I'm not sure if this is the 35W or 45W chip, so selling it as the 45W so I don't get any mad customers .

Abit NF7-S V2.0
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...127-166&depa=1

Kingmax PC4000 512MB
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...156-012&depa=1

Thermalright Heatsink
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...109-011&depa=0

Zalman 92mm Fan

All this for $225 shipped USPS Priority Mail. Rock solid combination!

*Added links, also take note that this setup is over $300 at Newegg. But also note that not all chips OC the same, so the same type of chip you buy from Newegg may or may not OC to what I can OC this one to.

Are you using a S-ATA drive in it?
Just curious, I like the specs and the $.
What's the FSB speed?

Nah, I'm a poor college kid using a 100GB IDE and a 120GB IDE.

Specs:

FSB: 216
Multi:11
Voltage: 1.8V
Temps: 38 Idle, 45-46 Load

*To give you an idea of my load temp I'll tell ya what I'm doing right now .

1. Logged into Everquest (this game is a cpu hog)
2. Watching "Grumpier Old Men" with my TV Tuner card
3. Surfing the net with 3 pages open

Has passed Sandra, Memtest and 3DMark2001SE. So everything is more then stable and the temps are extremely low.

Anymore questions just feel free to ask.

Video

What's the MB on the V-card?
Why so low FSB?
Is it not at 400 or above right now?
By the way I love the AMD surpasses Intel by far.
And don't you need more WATT on the supply?
Man, I am sooooo behind.
The last node I built was a P-4 , 1.5 ghz, FSB 400, RAMBUS 512
NVidia GEForce 32mb
And that was like a thousand bucks and I guess a thousand years ago 2!!
Ahhhh I can't remember all the specifics.
But just in case you get funds the $ of the SATA is cheap right now.
Thanks 4 the info
