This is a HP Pavilion ze5300. Asking $1250 which is negotiable:

-2.8 GHZ Pentium 4 processor
-40 GB hard drive
-512 MB of RAM
-ATI Radeon Video Adapter with 128MB shared memory.
-15" screen, with top resolution of 1400 x 1050!
-DVD/CDRW combo drive.
-WiFi - Wireless internet - 802.11g (with backwards 802.11b compatibility)
-Built in LAN and 56k modem
-Firewre port, 3 USB ports, plus S-Video Out port , 3.5" floppy drive, and built in Altec Lansing speakers.
Power Cord also included.
Built in features: One touch hot keys, plus a built in mouse scroll feature (makes web viewing ultra smooth)! Check out the bottom picture to see these feaures.

This laptop comes installed with the following software:

Windows XP SP1
Wordperfect 10
Quicken
InterVideo WinDVD 4.
Also comes with original operating system cd (Installation CD).

I dont know what heatware is though, so I guess I dont have that!
