How does a seller use Heatware?

I've already signed up for a new account at http://www.heatware.com, but if I sell something to someone, they paid me, and I shipped it, how do I email them to tell them to give me feedback about the item? Can I also use this site for things I sell on CraigsList, where the buyer comes to my house, pays me, and then I email him to give me feedback on HeatWare?

It doesn't seem that intuitive.

heatware is a kind of honestly thing. you should allways leave a eval on heatware after a non-ebay auction. ive used it for everything from car parts to craigs list myself, so you can use it for any transactions. However not everyone returns the feedback, why i dont know but thats just how it goes. try emailing the person and "inquire" about leaving a little word or two regarding the transaction

When you leave feedback, check the box at the bottom that notifies the recipient and requests feedback.
