XP Home Full -- (New In Box)

Hey all,

I recently obtained a new version of XP Home, the full installation not the upgrade edition, and don't really need it anymore.
The box has only been opened once to ensure everything was in there, but has been resealed, and I'm looking for someone who might be interested in taking it off my hands...
It's in the original box and includes a windows media update CD.

If anyone's interested, i'm looking to sell for about $165 US + shipping but will consider all offers.

I thought 165 might be a bit ambitious

How about I drop it too $130 US (newegg.com and bestbuy.com both post it at close to $200)?
(note, this is a full version, not an upgrade, or OEM cd, and has never been installed or activated in any way).
