Looking for used ram pc1600 or pc2100

Looking for a decent deal on used ram chips for a computer I am putting together.

motherboard will support

pc1600 or pc2100 ram chips which need to be non-ecc and non-registered

need at least one 256mg chip and would prefer 512mg

any suggestions on sites with best prices on used ram appreciated. already watching ebay
