Just letting you know the value of that laptop isn't worth 5 sticks of RAM, a video card, and a sound card.

You also need to provide CD/COA/License w/ that WindowsXP. If it doesn't come w/ all that, then don't sell it w/ XP on it.

Also, you're new on the boards and it doesn't look like you have any references (Heatware / Beerology / eBay) so I doubt if anybody would send you all that stuff before getting something in return.

Hey man calm dowm. First off its called the trading rules. You obviously shoulda read it before posting anything on here. The COA/CD/License thing is justified by microsoft that you must include those things with the laptop that has it. People wouldnt want to be running a pirated version of it.

Dont bark off at the mods, they just try to make everything in order here, not boss people around. YOu really shoulda read the rules like everyone else.

If you dont like how its done here, then go to some other forum, or dont even sell it online and try your newspaper classifieds.

I want to offer my apologies for my comments.

I felt as if you where attacking me and acusing me of being a pirate or a crook.

I have ebay feedback, but this will not help much as it is just from buying, I really haven't sold much online. Because I don't have a CC for ebay or anything and if I did I would not let them have the number.


I can understand what you mean but I can not send my equipment first I have been burnt in the past, and no way that is going to happen again.

I would like to make it clear to everyone, that if you don't feel comfy sending something to someone don't do it! But if I deal with anyone on here they will have my home address, i will even give my home phone out to that person and the laptop will be shipped as soon as i verify the camera to work.

I hope the statement on the O/S is satisfactory, to be quite honest I don't feel like removing it at this point and although I don't know the history of the o/s I do know it has all updates and appears to be legit. I have not had this laptop that long like 3 weeks, took it in on a deal. All they stated was they did not know where the disk went, they would try to find it for me, and that it was upgraded from a previous O/S.
