FS: Dell Latitude Laptop - Need to sell ASAP!

I have a Dell Latitude Cpx 500mhz laptop in very very good condition:
-128mb memory, has one more memory slot (PC100 sodimms)
-20gb hard drive
-24x i believe cdrom
-good battery (~4 hrs. or so? little bit less using wifi)).
-floppy drive module (with optional external cable), but I cannot seem to get it to work with windows? Might be something I'm doing wrong, and I haven't tried using it externally.
-2 pcmcia slots, 1 vga port, 1 parallel port, 1 serial port, 1 usb port, 1 proprietary connector for the Port Replicator addon (not included)
-7pin s-video tv out (can supposedly use some 4-pin svideo cables on this and it'll work)
-headphones jack, line-in jack, mic jack

Accessories included:
-2 AC adapters for it (one I keep at home, and one for travel),
-belkin pcmcia 802.11b wifi card (worked excellent for me)
-Microsoft Notebook Optical Mouse (works great!)

Right now I have WinXP Pro on it, I can leave it on there or remove it, whichever you like. Although it would be easier to leave it on.

I'm asking $380 shipped via priority with delivery confirmation.

I'm pretty sure it came with the laptop... and I'm not the original owner though.

The COA should be on the bottom of the laptop...and when the CPx came out they put NT 4.0 or 98 on it and thats it.

It says Windows 2000 on the sticker on the bottom right corner of the base.
