Looking for:
Socket A for 900mhz AMD
SDRAM plz as DDR not avail here
New perferred but not req. or link to trustworthy site. Not much luck in finding SDRAM so far.

Look on www.pricewatch.com and search under Motherboards> Athlon and then put sdram in the search field where it says Athlon. I came up with several new ones in the $30 area.

Where are you located, that DDR is unavailable? I should have 3 or 4 brand new boards that should fit your needs. If you are in the continental US, $35 shipped will get you one. I'll check for exact model numbers for you in the morning, if interested.

I live on the East Coast in a rural area. We have a Staples store but they often dont have any memory or is 2x + what is should sell for. So mail order is about the only option other than driving 2hrs each direction to a larger town. (Also have tons of SD lying about or available). With what our stores here want for parts I can buy newegg or tigerdirect barebones for less, which is not the correct solution in this case.
