WTB slot 1 processor

I'm looking for a slot 1 processor (500mhz or faster) as a replacement for a 500mhz that have cease working about 6 months ago. The motherboard is in a gateway unit and the pc will not post, so I assume it's either the motherboard or processor. There was a recent for sale posting of a 650 or 700 slot one but I no longer see it listed. Please pm me with processor speed and price. FSB must be 100. Thanks for looking.

Also if I can't find a processor, I will sell the motherboard(Jabil BX R2) and processor pentIII(Katmai slot1 500mhz), as is, for $70. The following cards comes with the board.

US robotics 56k voice winmodem

The cards listed are in working condition. Again, the mobo or the processor maybe non-working.

The price of the motherboard/cpu has been reduced to $30.

It is a pulled drive from a working hp 533w pc. The drive is recognized by windows but when discs are loaded they will spin and stop and not being read. The only thing I can think of is that the laser is out.
