I think that Celly must run on a 66 MHz bus. But on the other hand, you could probably run it as high as 700 MHz. The slotket and Celly would run you about $40.
Looks like you've got an 440LX chipset which I think is limited to 66fsb like the description says. Anyway, I was gonna forward you to Omar (of Omardeth fame..... ) 'cuz he's got more than a few of both of what you're looking for ****EXCEPT**** that his are usually PIII 550's, 600's & 700's. You may be stuck with celery due to the 66fsb, but 500+ will certainly be better than 333 regardless. Anyway, if you want, contact Omar & he'll let ya' know one way or another.
