That's the way they should all be taken care of, at least whenever possible. If you have the ability to replace the item, do so. If you don't, make sure the buyer knows this up front, and that you will refund their payment and not drag your feet about it.
And that goes for buyers too. Make sure you don't damage good wares outta ignorance, take the time to look at the packaging to make sure nothing obvious happened in transit, and most importantly, if there is a problem with the wares, be civil about it with the seller and work out something amicable for each side.
Always good to hear. Perhaps we need to have praise thread/sticky for exceptional sellers/buyers.
