Wanted: Motherboard For Pentium III Xeon

I have a matched set of Pentium III Xeons. I would like to use these to build a server (I need one desperately, this 350 mhz doesn't cut it.) Does anyone have a motherboard, or know where I can get one? Intel claims the processor is at End of life, so finding information is difficult. It seems like I could use a MS440GX board, but I'm not sure.

1. Does anyone have a motherboard for these processors (dual processor wanted)

2. How much?

3. Hopefully alot of memory!

These type of boards are plentiful on Ebay.

Those are what the processors look like. on xiontech.com, I couldn't find a motherboard that looked like it would accept this type of processor.

Thanks for the ebay tip. Is the MS440GX all that is avaiable from intel for the pentium III xeon?
