I believe legally u must include atleast the Microsoft Discs

In order to maintain a reasonable selling price, I will not be selling the Microsoft discs. If the buyer wishes, I will replace the current hard drive with a brand new, empty Seagate 120GB Hard Drive, so that no os is installed. This will allow the buyer to install the os of his/her choice.

Another suggestion would be to format the current drive prior to shipping, or if a computer savvy person buys it, load a linux distro on it or include a bootable one like Knoppix or Slack.
