How much are used xboxs going for?

I am wanting to sell my xbox to be able to afford a gig of dual channel ram so I can play Battlefield Vietnam without any problems. But I am not sure what price I should sell my xbox at. Tell me what you think it should be.

1 xbox console
2 controllers, one is a madcats trick controller
3 games (Rallisport Challenge, Halo, Project Gotham Racing)
1 Advanced video pack to connect to a big screen tv
2 power cables(hehe, when i went on vacation i left my original one at home, so I had to go to Radio Shack and buy another one so I could play the xbox during vacation)
1 standard RCA cable(Came with the xbox)
1 RF adapter to hook up to older TVs(Really nice one i just bought)
1 DVD playback kit


I guessing about $150-$200, but I am not %100 sure if this is a fair price for me or for the other person.

I sold one today to a coworker for $160

2 Controllers (1 was the S version)
DVD playback kit
3 games (sega gt 2003, jet set, & tony hawk 2)
x-box console of course
