WTB: 1x256mb Mushkin Level II DDR pc320

I'm looking for a single or dual pack of 256mb stick of BH-5 module RAM pc3200. Preferrably Mushkin Level II ddr (non 222 special). I'll offer $85 shipped for such a stick or $170 for both. I also have things for trade like PSX games, 4.1 creative labs surround sound w/ subwoofer, 8x cd-rw drive, 2500+ stock hsf combo. pm me or email arfett1@cox.net

I have a PC3200 Mushkin Enhanced stick (nice ram) but it's 512MB. I'm not sure if you were looking for 512MB total, or needed to stay at 256MB per stick. Let me know and we'll work something out.

I'm about ready to take what i can get, 512 mb is fine. I live about 30 minutes from North County San Diego, I could possibly come pick up the ram. I wanted another 256 stick so I can dual channel the ram, but I'll take the 512 and just get another 256 later so I can dual channel 1 gig, all I need is the mushkin bh5 so i can still run 2-2-2-11 @ 500mhz fsb.

I think the chances of getting any setup to run at 500mhz FSB with 11-2-2-2 timings are slim.

I have 2x256Mb Buffalo PC3700 (BH-5), but I can't sell them until I find a good 2x512MB replacement.

the chances of 2-2-2-11 are far from slim. With bh-5 and the proper voltage it can hit those speeds easily. My single stick hits 511mhz with 2-2-2-11 no problem. If your ram can not find these speeds then I am not interested.

How much voltage are you running through the RAM?

I myself have them set at 11-2-2-2 (2.63v), but I was using the integrated graphics in my Nforce 2 board, so the FSB was limited to 185Mhz (I just got a Radeon 9800 pro today, and I didin't have a chance to do further testing)

3.2-3.3 volts, testing 3.2 for stability now. BH-5 can handle it.
