WTB: PCI Video Card

i need a PCI video card for my brothers SFF-PC (no agp slot) when i orginally built it they didnt have AGP slots in them so yeah not to mention he wasnt planning on gaming. now he wants to play bf1942 and CoD online with me he needs a video card. I would like 64 megs and just regular 15 pin d-sub out (blue monitor) anything that will play bf1942 and CoD without being just HORRIBLE like the onboard video now.

will the radeon 7000 handle CoD/BF1942 alright? the other system specs are great (512 mb pc2700, p4 2.4 ghz)

i had 64 mb rad 9000 pci, with a p4 2.0ghz (400fsb). 512 megs pc2100 and it played cod fine with some of the settings turned down.............played halo with some lag..even with all settings turned down

i downloaded the bf1942 demo twice and both times it refused to play. but that might just have been the downloads.

i don't think the rad 7000 will cope with these games.

fx5200 is avalable in 128 and 64 pci.........they would work but again u may need to turn everything down

btw.......my rad 9000 also JUST managed to play the farcry demo..........with ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING set to low

not bad for a 64 meg pci card..........
