Information/Background:
I had purchased a Thermaltake SilentBoost for myself, and loved it (I still use it.) So, I got one for a friend so he could enjoy using it too... but I mistakenly ordered the "K8" version which only works on the Athlon 64 and Opteron chips (NOT Athlon XP.) It has never been opened, and is in new condition. The heatsink cannot be heard over my case fans and hard drives. It cools well, and I am still recommending it to people in search of a new heatsink.
