WTB or Trade For broken laptop

Looking for a used laptop on the cheap. Broken LCD ok as long as it works with external monitor. Keyboard and most peripherals can be broken too.

Must have (or be easily upgraded to) at least 20GB, 400Mhz, 256Mb Ram, working usb and I/O ports, at least one PCMCIA slot, good battery.

Price would depend on specifics, but not looking to spend more than $250 (neg.)
