Mine is a HP 1.0GHz, 20gig HD, 512MB memory, 2 usb, cd-rw/dvd combo drive, 2 pcmcia slots. Monitor, A/V, LPT and serial ports. I have 3 batteries for it. 2 only run about 45 mins. I have for trade a Dell inspiron 8100 w/ a bunch of killer extras. It'll be a long list but very interesting so please read on. Here's the specs.

CPU - Pentium III 1.0GHZ

Fixed Drive - DVD-R, CD-RW drive. YES! a DVD writer. only thing it was after market and I couldn't find a front bezel for it so I make one work so the eject button doesn't work. Physically the drive looks great and works like a charm. I use the function button on the laptop's keyboard to eject the DVD Drive.

Floppy Drive - 1.44MB

Battery - The high capacity 4460 mAh battery not that cheap original one.

Network - internal mini pci wireless 802.11G

AC adapter of course......
and all Original system restore CD's w/ manual.
