Hard to explain without actually doing it myself, but you have to seperate what you want to move from the background, and then rebuild the part you removed from the picture and make a full background. Start with that first, then what I do is make a bunch of frames and start pasting and maneauvering in each frame, making additional layers to work with as need be.
I suppose this would be a good tutorial to make.......ahhhh, to many projects, and all I work is Overtime....
