Oveclockin need?

Hey every1 this is my current PC stats, do u guys think i need 2 overclock my pc to get it 2 ru nfaster on games like vice city which keep stuttering??

yea i kno its always been like that when pc has beenrunning for about 2 hours. when i first start it inthe morning its usually 42C but when i have AOL, internet explorer etc loaded it gusualy goes up 2 50+C.

unless I missed something..you only have one fan? the cpu fan?

how many case fans do you have? and what kind of case ?

yea i think i only got the cpu fan i dunno about ne case fan i dont think so tho. will my computer slow down if i hav loads of dust inside the case cos mines has quite a bit??

I don't really think your cpu is what's slowing you down. I have a few friends with the 5200 and they are not very pleased with the cards performance. I think that might be your problem on the gaming. Have you tried dropping the resolution and quality during game play?

I agree, the 5200 is an ok card, but for more advanced games etc. you need to get a better card or lower your game graphic details.

but, I would recommend some case fans and getting rid of the dust, get some electronics cleaner (compressed air) to clean out the dust etc. You should have a rear fan to exhaust the hot air, make sure it's not all gunked up and is running to get rid of hot air. Don't burn up your cpu by leaving all the dust etc in your case. A clean case is a happy case....

IMO , you need better cooling , a faster video card and a better power supply , ( 4.25V ) on the +5V rail , too low .

thanx for all your help pps
im gona try an change the gaphic card and get some more fans in. ill try and find out more on the voltage thing as well, does it make a BIG BIG difference if i chage the power supply. im thinking of changing my graphics card to a 9600 Pro 128MB or a radeon 9600 XT. which 1 wud be better or shud i go 4 a geforce FX5600 ultra. i wanna spend around £130 max.

I run a ATI 9600 Pro 128 mg X8 Radeon. runs great and around the price range you want. Dont know on the FX5600 ultra.
