Well if you have the cd's there you'll find the rpm for installing KDE, remember to install arts and kdelibs before any other kde package. Check out kde install guide
http://www.kde.org/documentation/faq/install.html . You'll have to know that you will be installing a pretty old KDE version if you decide to install it using the rpm's from the cd. Now if you want to install the new KDE which is 3.2 you'll probably gonna have to compile it since there are no packages for such an old distro. If you decide to install the new version of KDE use this
http://developer.kde.org/build/konstruct/ to download and compile the packages you want. If you don't use konstruct the just download packages you want and follow this PET
