WTB P4 motherboard

I need a new P4 motherboard, my old one died and I have all the stuff to get a system up (case, psu, 1gig corsair xms ddr400, P42.8C 800fsb), I'm not sure which one. I like it to be based around the intel 875P chipset and I can't spend more than $175. Thanks in advance!

I would've suggested the Abit IC7-Max3 but it's out of your price range. Look here and see which one you like best. I'm a fan of Abit and Gigabyte myself, but different people have differing opinions.

Sweeper's got a sweet deal on one. I would have bought his combo except I just bought one from Omardeth.

ABIT IC7-Max3

Which one is the best? Does anyone own one of these?

The Abit IC7-Max3 is a nice board. Overclocking options abound, and stability is superb. The IC7-Max3 board received "best of 2003" awards from several top hardware review sites.

I use this board's i865PE sibling, the AI7. It has proven to be my best overclocking board ever for the P4 platform. That is no small statement from me.

It has everything you want except Gigabit LAN, though traditional 10/100Mbps is supported. Performance is nearly identical (<4% difference) to the i875 when using Abit's "Game Accelerator" (hybrid Intel PAT) feature. Pricing is highly competitive at $109.

I think I'm going to get the GIGABYTE GA-8IK1100 seems the same as the GIGABYTE GA-8KNXP but without a few fetures and you can't beat the price for a intel 875P chipset motherboard.
