Decent software for audio control panel?

I'm looking for a decent non-bloated (as in Creative) program to sub M$'s poorly laid out audio control panel(s). Creative's control panel along with their drivers suffer from the usual 'bloat' factor and I would perfer NOT to use it.

Any suggestions that would place the playback along with the bass/treble controls and recording on the same panel instead of switching back and forth as in Windows?

I'm running 2k w/sp4 and a SB Live Value card.

Audio Sliders is a Volume Control replacement which is 80% smaller than the Windows version. The user-friendly interface lets you change volume, bass and tremble, group playback and recording controls in any of five custom layouts and gives the ability to save and restore mixer settings.

* 5 user-defined layouts in an easy to use, skinnable interface.
* Supports multiple (concurrent) sound cards and mixers.
* Auto-hide and auto-rollup features (see screenshot).
* Dimensions: (width: 210 pixels, height: 16 pixels/slider)
* Includes volume sliders (track bars), on/off buttons, and front-to-rear faders.
* User-editable control captions (e.g., rename "AUX Volume" to "FM-Radio").
* Multiple language interface (17 languages included).

Thanks...............

I also came across the KX Project for Creative cards:

http://download.kxproject.lugosoft.com/

These are for the SB and Augily series of cards. So far it seems to work ok. I will look at your link.
