Kids ATI MMC 8.8 EASYLOOK

I just got the latest ATI MultiMediaCenter (8.8) for my ATI tv card. What's this EASYLOOK thing they keep asking for everytime I start an ATI application? It asks me to go to 32bit mode and after saying yes or no, it says that it can't run because of outdated drivers and that I need the latest Radeon drivers. I have at GF4 TI 4200 so I don't need Radeon drivers.

Is there a way to get rid of this thing?

Thanks

Yes there is a way to get rid of it, go to add remove programs and uninstall ATI MMC.
Why do you have it installed since you aren't using an ati radeon card?
I hope you uninstalled the radeon drivers as well, if after uninstalling the ati stuff you may still have remnants of of the ati drivers that are causing this, or something.
If you are wanting to keep this program becuase you like it or what? does it work even? If not delete everything ati related if you are planning on keeping the program.

If you're just gonna watch tv with your card, get Dscaler instead of MMC.

I also record sometimes and Dscaler doesn't do that.

Just a shot in the dark here, but I believe EasyLook is an new feature in mmc 8.8. When i upgraded, it was in the toolbar. I clicked on it once and it could not load up, so I just forgot about it. Recently I did a clean install of everything, and when I loaded up mmc 8.8 I did a custom install and chose not to install that feature. You might try removing mmc 8.8 in the control panel and then re-installing with with a custom setting that doesn't include easylook.

Levcr (free vcr)
and (commercial but higher res) WinDVR- I use this and it kicks MMC's butt for tv. I have tv wonder Ve. Captures in dvd res and format even! (so does mmc though)
