have elsa gloria synergy video card running xp & hpm70 monitor can not increase resoultion???

Is this a new card? Have you installed the drivers?
If you look in device manager what does it say is installed?
If it doesn't say your brand of video card you need to install the drivers.

not a new card although removed and inspected looks great, i have tried to install drivers elsa web site down but pulled from a generic site with no success.
bought this computer with no op install xp
when i try to change settings in display , shows only default printer will not allow me to make any changes.
can you help????

Yep, you will need to head on over to nVidia's site and download the latest Forceware/Detonator driver pack.

went to nVidia tried to download , error continued coming up connection interupted, mybe because of my wireless network i have no idea. what exatly should i be downloading. or would i t be woth it to buy a new video card???

Your GLoria card is meant for OpenGL rendering and CAD designing, so if that's what you want to do I suppose it would work, although I wouldn't use that old of a card. Elsa went out of business, so good luck getting support.

I don't know what you do with your PC, so it's your budget and your call, but look into replacements and decide from there.
