Doctor's office software for Linux?

I have a client that uses Medisoft (www.medisoft.com) for patient tracking, financial record keeping and for electronic claims processing. The server that it runs on is NT4.0 and it is dying and needs to be replaced. I would like to move them to Linux but Medisoft does not have a Linux version.

Is there a Linux equivalent?

I am not so much worried about cost as I am security and reliablity.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

That should get you started. Below is a google search results page for "for linux" and Medical software:

Hope this helps.

applications like this is what Linux desperately needs -there is a medical billing project in the works, but that is all I know. Pharmacy software would be nice too.
