blinking screen?

My computer screen blinks off, and right back on. I just built this new system and havent run into this before. the system is.
MSI K7n2 Delta ilsr
WD 26.7 10.000 raptor
WD 80 gig 7200 rpm
Kingston HyperX 512Megs(single stick)
msi FX5200 vcard
liteon cdrw
winXP Pro
six case fans
2 hd coolers
TT 480 powersupply
You will be looking at the screen and all at once it will blink black, and come right back on. Undated all the bio's on mb and vcard, and check all my settings. It has me in the dark, as why it is doing this. Also reseated the video card to make sure of contact. CPu Temp. is runninng at 44c at idel and 49c under a load. Any ideals of what may be going on?

why not also check for updates of your drivers. i have experienced also once when I solely relied on the bundled drivers and I have this display problem haunting me. It was eventually resolved when I downloaded the updated driver.

Food

well i sat up till three this morning thinking about this, and finally thought could this be some bad mem. so i download memtest86, and sit it up to run and went to bed. got up this morning, and low and behold the test showed so many error's, I hated to count them all. So I dug out my old industrial grade 2100 ddr, and installed and it, and it has yet to give me a problem. So I rma'd the kingston hyperX back, and am going to try again when the new arrives. Thank's for the ideals on checking this out. You folk's are great on this websight.... Thanks again.
