Xbox to USB controller converter

I am looking for an xbox to PC (USB) converter so that i can use my xbox controller on my computer. I don't want to pay alot, and I need a company i can trust. The only places I have found so far are in Japan. I am looking for something inside the United States.

thanks

See if you can find an Xbox joy pad extension cable and cut the plug off that, then you can leave the extension cable plugged all the time while you plug the joy pad in either the PC or Xbox.

Its gotta be cheaper than a converter box.

I don't think it is that easy for the ps2. The xbox controllers run on usb, but ps2 controllers do not. (the xbox is basicly a computer with some usb ports on the front, lol) I am pretty sure you would need an adapter for the ps2, because i have one and it is more complex than the xbox ones i have seen.

Cool Mod... I wonder if you need drivers for the Xbox controller when you plug it into your PC and if the "rumble" feature works on games in the PC with the Xbox controller.
