A7N8X Deluxe OR A7N8X-E Dlx?

Ok here's the deal. I already have the Asus A7N8X Deluxe motherboard, but I just ordered the A7N8X-E Deluxe for my dad. I'm not sure though, if I should keep the new one and give him the old one, or if I should just keep mine as is (keep in mind he doesn't care either way). He's not that big into computers and won't overclock or anything like that. I WILL! So which one should I stick with?

I "heard" that the A7N8X-E has another type of ethernet built in...

The difference is very little, there are no benifits with the E board unless you need wifi and gigabit LAN. I would just save the hassle and let your dad have the new board.
