I used it on 2KServer. Very easy to setup.

You'll need Reverse DNS. Have your friend setup a PTR file for you.

I'm trying to set up the email and I'm tesitng it out. How do I find out what to type in outlook as the POP3 and SMTP server?

I think the PTR file is already on their, cause I just typed localhost as my POP3 and SMTP server and I downloaded the email!

Hey, I can't send an email from my randdusing@earthlink.net to admin@r4nd.com, I haven't forwared the POP3 port to my server only the STMP, do you think that is the problem and what is POP3s port number?

110 is POP3

Your POP3 and SMTP are going to be the address of your mail server. If it's just r4nd.com then that's what you use. If it were me, I'd create an "A" record of "mail.r4nd.com" and use that.
