1 gig of GEIL DDR3200 (Dual Channeled)
FIC 9600 Pro
500 Watt PS
(12 fans across entire CPU)

Under full load i was @ about 120 (f) Processor
and
80 (f) Computer

Are these stats pretty good?

I would consider that very acceptable, although I have not messed with p4's that much.

Are you running with the stock heatsink and fan?

those numbers you have are actually very good. the days of AMD chips running hotter than Intel went out the door w/the higher clocked p4's.

the average temp for a p4 3.4 is 96F idle and 140f at full load. for comparison's sake, the amd 64 fx has a full load temp of ~120f, about 20 degrees less!
