I.E. Fonts Just Went Nuts

Closed out I.E. and re-opened 20 minutes later and all of a sudden the fonts on the pages have gotten huge.

Not so in Netscape or anywhere else - just I.E.

Looked in tools and can't find a way to make fonts smaller.

Here are identically cropped screenshots from Netscape and I.E.

Netscape:

and I.E.

WTH happened?

Bill

If you have a scroll mouse just hold the ctrl key down and rotate the wheel, the size of the text will grow or shrink.

Thanks!!!

Have no idea how this happened.

Changed all by itself.

Never have even been in "view."

Would have thought it would have been in "tools" with "fonts."

I assume, given your level of prowess, that you scan for spyware/malware often. This is just the kind of thing spyware and malware writers can fudge up if they don't write it correctly (and they never do).

If you haven't already, check out a program called "Hijack This". You'll enjoy it.

I check everyday for spyware and trojans and now after finding a virus yesterday I now scan for viruses everyday.

Went over 3 years without a virus.

Just P's me off when you do nothing and all of a sudden ......................BAM!!
