C# Perl or Python IDE's

Hey Guys,

got a couple of questions about RH Fedora.
For Linux are there any IDE's out for C#, Perl, or Python programming languages??? I saw something being installed for perl or python but i cant find it on my computer. (Sorry learning linux little by little).

I think support of C# is still quite limited or not yet existant on Linux although Iknow it was in development... I have no idea of the progress of it.

Don't forget about Ruby though (www.ruby-lang.org) also supported on Linux/Win32 which is an excellent scripting language
Its a true OOP language, unlike Python.
