Subscriber emailing problems NOT spam
Im not sure where else to place this. So I figure its here as its probably close to security or something.
I have a database of subsribed customers in my list in which I send montly newsletters plus weekly coupons out to our regular clients.
My problem is that sometimes i get blocked.
I have five blocked today stated that im blocked due to "mail-abuse, spam or whatever. They (the servers) think im spamming when in reality I am not. I do not have any unwanted customers on my list. They all have subscribed via my subscriber form page.
What do I need to do to talk to these servers or isps or whatever to get me removed from thier block list. Some of our customers complain that they are not getting there newsletters. I can't help this if thier server is blocking me.
My results always show me a link of where I can go to find out why, but it never answers me how i cna get that changed.
so what im asking you is what do I need to do to get servers to stop rejecting me? These are all ligitimate email request that I have and I also maintain an unsubscribers list.
Edit: okay found one answer apparently I need to contact my ISP to get off one list.
But the other 3 not telling me much what I need to do.
